Engagement and career-readiness insights help education leaders understand student needs and guide support.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a VP of Schools, US, to build and lead Anyway’s US schools business. You will bring together school and district sales, customer success, implementation and commercial planning to grow adoption and revenue while ensuring educators and students see value from the platform.

Reporting to the Country GM, US, you will run the schools business day to day within an agreed strategy, budget and decision-making framework. You will lead the dedicated schools team and work with shared Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to deliver the plan.

What you will lead
  • Build and execute the US schools growth plan, combining teacher adoption with direct school and district sales.
  • Own the schools revenue forecast, pipeline and sales execution, personally leading strategic customer opportunities.
  • Lead customer success and implementation from signed agreement through adoption, renewal and expansion.
  • Manage and implement government agreements, coordinating onboarding, stakeholder relationships and delivery against agreed commitments.
  • Build and coach the schools team, with clear goals, practical playbooks and consistent accountability.
  • Set B2S marketing objectives and campaign priorities with shared marketing teams; track their contribution to adoption and pipeline.
  • Manage the approved schools operating budget and improve the economics of acquiring, implementing and supporting customers.
How you will work

You will have authority over sales execution, customer account plans, implementation processes and the day-to-day leadership of your direct team. You will work with the Country GM to agree growth targets, budgets, headcount and major commercial decisions.

You will be a senior voice of US schools in global product discussions. Product and Engineering own the roadmap and technical delivery. Shared marketing leaders own brand standards and their teams’ resources, with agreed commitments to the schools growth plan. Major government and state opportunities will be led with the Country GM.

What you will bring
  • A record of growing a US K–12 or EdTech business, with clear responsibility for revenue and customer results.
  • Experience selling to schools and districts and navigating education procurement and budget cycles.
  • Experience leading commercial teams and working closely with customer success and implementation.
  • The ability to manage forecasts and budgets and make sound decisions about investment and customer economics.
  • Credibility with superintendents, district leaders, counselors and educators.
  • Experience building teams and repeatable processes in a growing business.
  • The ability to move between strategy, hands-on selling, customer problem-solving and team coaching.
  • Experience in career readiness, CTE, career development, district implementations or teacher-led adoption would be particularly valuable.
What success looks like

Within your first 12-18 months, you will have established a repeatable schools growth model, a reliable pipeline and forecast, successful customer implementations, and evidence of adoption, renewal and expansion. You will have built a team that can grow the business with clear financial discipline and credible customer stories.

You will shape how Anyway reaches US schools and districts and build the team and commercial model behind that growth. The role combines business ownership with the opportunity to help young people see how their education connects to their future.
