We’re looking for a relentless VP of Sales (US) who is ready to own the market, drive revenue growth, scale our GTM strategy, and lead high-impact enterprise sales motions.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing cybersecurity startup backed by top investors and shape the future of cybersecurity. As a key member of Mesh’s leadership team, you’ll collaborate on strategy, execution, and expansion, working cross-functionally to accelerate growth and market leadership.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and execute a high-velocity B2B sales strategy, focusing on midmarket to enterprise customers
  2. Build and lead a world-class sales team, driving execution and scaling revenue
  3. Own and expand relationships with CISOs and security leaders, positioning Mesh as a must-have solution
  4. Develop and lead a US channel partner program to accelerate sales growth
  5. Drive strategic partnerships and collaborate with marketing to optimize pipeline and demand generation

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience in enterprise cybersecurity sales, ideally selling to CISOs and security teams
  2. Track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations from founders-led, early-stage to growth
  3. Strong understanding of modern security solutions, including data fabrics, zero trust, and agentic AI
  4. Understanding of modern security operations, including cloud security engineering, SOC, and GRC
  5. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
