VP of Sales at BairesDev

As a leader of senior sales professionals, your primary responsibility will be driving new business development. You will focus on overseeing, supporting and guiding your team to identify and pursue new opportunities generated from their individual networks, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. Your day-to-day leadership will ensure that your team excels in prospecting, nurturing leads, and ultimately closing deals with new clients. This role offers you significant autonomy to manage and coach your team, ensuring that they are consistently identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects. You'll work closely with your team to strategize on approaches, provide guidance on complex negotiations, and remove barriers to success.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead and mentor senior sales professionals, ensuring they effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Oversee sales efforts related to new client acquisition, providing direct leadership in managing performance.
  3. Remove roadblocks and ensure successful outcomes in the sales process.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales professionals in developing tailored solutions.
  5. Expand professional networks and help your team explore untapped markets.
  6. Guide team members in executing new business strategies.
  7. Provide consistent feedback to help senior sales executives improve and adhere to BairesDev's guidelines.
  8. Foster a high-performing sales culture focused on acquiring new clients.

What we are looking for:

  1. 10+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
  2. Strong experience selling technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos.
  3. 5+ years of experience leading sales professionals.
  4. Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, and business models.
  5. Knowledge of sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends in technology consulting.
  6. Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach.
  7. Focus on initiating and building client relationships.
  8. Experience in a direct competitor is valuable.
