Tri Pointe Homes is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our Dallas–Fort Worth division. You will oversee sales, marketing, design studio, and closing services to optimize the customer journey, revenue, margins, and market share.

You will recruit and develop top talent, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure policies and controls are followed. The role requires strong leadership and a data-driven approach to pricing and campaigns across communities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, General Business, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within the homebuilding industry.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing applications to achieve objectives.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
