Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to provide strategic leadership across division sales, marketing, design studio, and closing services. This role focuses on optimizing customer experience, revenue, profit margins, and market share within assigned communities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in homebuilding leadership, with proven ability to drive brand strategy, budgets, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a focus on Sales, Marketing, General Business, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in the home building industry in a leadership role.
• Experience using business analysis, planning, digital marketing applications, and CRM to achieve sales, design studio, closing services, and marketing objectives.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, evaluates, trains, develops, and retains a productive and highly engaged sales, marketing, design studio, and closing services department.
• Develops positive, teamwork, and achievement-oriented work culture for staff.
• Models and reinforces actions aligned with the company’s values, vision, and culture.
• Ensures compliance with policies, internal control procedures, and practices.
• Oversees development of sales rallies, training sessions, and coaching to enhance skills of team members.
• Coordinates the sales, personalization, and closing process for assigned geography using home office and local resources.
• Ensures achievement of orders and delivery plan goals while delivering superior customer experience.
• Collaborates with marketing to build community marketing assets and budgets.
