Job summary

Bishop-Wisecarver is seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Leader in Pittsburg, CA to build and lead a strong commercial team. You will turn strategy into action, drive profitable growth, and shape our next stage of expansion into automation and integrated systems.

You’ll coach sales and marketing, optimize pipeline and forecasting, and align campaigns with product launches to engage customers and partners, delivering measurable results in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment.

• Build and execute our growth strategy. Set clear priorities for markets, customers, products, and channels - with accountability for revenue and results.
• Lead and develop our people. Coach the sales and marketing teams, strengthen forecasting, and establish clear expectations.
• Improve sales execution. Build a healthy pipeline, strengthen forecasting, improve follow-through, and turn qualified opportunities into profitable business.
• Make marketing drive results. Connect positioning, campaigns, digital channels, and product launches to customer engagement and qualified opportunities.
• Grow our automation business. Partner with Engineering and Operations to identify customer needs, communicate our capabilities, and bring new solutions to market.
• Use data to guide decisions. Establish practical KPIs, use CRM insights, and improve the processes that support growth.
