Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence to improve productivity, flow, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Own operational performance for multiple manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Automate the factory with ROI-driven automation initiatives.
• Improve product build processes through manufacturability and engineering collaboration.
• Strengthen supply chain, working capital, and supplier performance.
• Develop leaders and build organizational depth.
