Goldcast is an AI-powered B2B Video Content Platform that transforms marketing by putting video and events at the heart of the customer journey. About The Role

We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves building strong systems and teams, and is excited to shape the future of a company in high-growth mode.

You’ll report directly to our Co-founder and COO, overseeing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. If you're motivated by developing people, coaching complex deals, and partnering across functions to drive company-wide growth—this could be your next big opportunity.

What You Will Do
  • Grow and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead and coach a growing team of 10 new business reps (1 Manager for SMB/Mid-Market team) and 4 account management/expansion reps (1 Manager for Account Management team) and 2 solution consultants. Create scalable, repeatable processes that lead to consistent results across new business and customer expansion.
  • Partner Across the Business: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align on goals and drive go-to-market success.
  • Support Strategic Sales Cycles: Stay involved in the sales process—attend key customer calls, mentor team members, and lead by example through complex sales cycles.
  • Drive Results Through Data: Set clear goals, track performance, and build structured systems to support a healthy sales funnel and reliable forecasting.

  • 10+ years of B2B software sales experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • Experience selling to marketing teams—ideally in marketing or sales tech.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams to exceed quota and revenue targets.
  • Experience closing enterprise deals (up to $500K ARR) with companies of 2,000+ employees.
  • Strong track record in growing and retaining sales talent.
  • Familiarity with managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinker who can act decisively and work independently, while also collaborating closely with teammates.
  • Comfortable navigating high-stakes conversations and complex deal cycles.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, ready to work across teams to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
Compensation:

The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $400,000 - $450,000 (mix of base salary and variable compensation), including a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives. We also offer:
