Goldcast is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and grow their sales team. Goldcast is an AI-powered B2B Video Content Platform that transforms marketing by putting video and events at the heart of the customer journey. Thousands of enterprise B2B marketers, from companies like Wiz, LG, Zuora, Microsoft, Workday and Mailchimp leverage Goldcast to more effectively get in front of their audience through events/webinars/podcast, repurpose and create engaging and consumable video content through our AI products, and capitalize on brand authority and intent.
Goldcast was founded in mid-2020 at Harvard Business School. Since then, we have raised over $40mn, built a bi-continental team of excellent teammates. We count 400+ great B2B firms as customers and were recently featured in G2's list of 100 fastest-growing software companies.
We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves building strong systems and teams, and is excited to shape the future of a company in high-growth mode.
You’ll report directly to our Co-founder and COO, overseeing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. If you're motivated by developing people, coaching complex deals, and partnering across functions to drive company-wide growth—this could be your next big opportunity.

The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $400,000 - $450,000 (mix of base salary and variable compensation), including a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives. We also offer:
