We’re partnered with an innovative US-based digital chronic care company that’s redefining long-term condition management through tech-enabled, evidence-based care. As they scale nationally, we’re supporting them in hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead and execute their commercial growth strategy across health plans, health systems, and strategic partners.

About the Company

Our client is a high-growth, mission-led organisation focused on transforming outcomes for patients with complex chronic conditions through remote care, behavioural health support, and data-driven intervention. Backed by leading investors and proven clinical outcomes, they’re entering their next phase of commercial expansion.

The Role

As VP of Sales, you’ll be the commercial face of the company—developing and owning the national go-to-market strategy. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for:

  • Driving new business across health plans, ACOs, risk-bearing entities, and large health systems
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team as the company scales
  • Defining, tracking, and optimising KPIs across the full sales funnel
  • Shaping strategic partnerships that drive long-term revenue and adoption
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leadership across clinical, marketing, and product
  • Proven track record of selling digital health or chronic care solutions into payers or value-based care organisations
  • Deep understanding of healthcare economics, especially in chronic condition management
  • Executive presence, with the ability to influence both internally and externally
  • Start-up or scale-up experience preferred; must be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel for key partner meetings and events
