Are you a hands-on sales leader with a passion for driving results and developing high-performing teams? At Valpak Clipp, we’re on a mission to connect local consumers with powerful offers from businesses they love—and we need talented leaders like you to make it happen.

As Regional Vice President of Sales, you will lead multiple markets within your region, managing a team of General Managers and field sales teams to turn strategy into action. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with sellers in-market, coach for performance, and roll up your sleeves to drive revenue, new business acquisition, and advertiser success.

The assigned region for this role includes but is not limited to: Pennsylvania, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance: Motivate and develop teams to exceed sales goals through consistent execution and in-market leadership while driving the execution of sales plans across assigned markets.
  • Coach in the Field: Provide hands-on support to General Managers and sales reps, including field rides, coaching, in-market development, and help build a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Support Sales Execution: Help implement new products, pricing strategies, and cross-sell initiatives like clipp.com and digital solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Inside Sales, the Agency team, and peers to ensure alignment and maximize advertiser impact.
  • Pipeline Discipline: Monitor local pipelines, help refine forecasts, and ensure CRM tools are being used effectively to drive growth.

  • Proven Sales Leader: Brings 10+ years of frontline sales and leadership experience—driving growth, exceeding targets, and thriving in media, marketing, and high-performance environments
