VP of Sales – AI-Powered Fintech Platform (Remote)
Lead a world-class sales organization. Scale revenue growth. Drive customer adoption in a transformative market.
Spinwheel is revolutionizing how consumers manage and optimize debt through AI-powered tools and real-time financial data. Our platform is live, scaling fast, and backed by a strong Series B. Now, we’re looking for a VP of Sales to lead and scale our entire go-to-market team—building a revenue engine that grows Spinwheel’s footprint, empowers customers, and accelerates financial wellness across millions of lives.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and have ownership over all aspects of sales leadership, including strategy, team building, execution, forecasting, and (potentially) revenue operations.
What You’ll Own
• Develop and execute a customer-obsessed sales strategy aligned with Spinwheel’s business goals and product roadmap
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team across Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), and Account Executives (AE)
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team driven by excellence, accountability, and customer success
• Own aggressive revenue targets—leading pipeline generation, qualification, strategic selling, and accurate forecasting
• Strengthen key customer relationships with executives at financial institutions, technology partners, and employers
• Continuously refine and optimize the sales process across all sales functions, using data and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
• Oversee sales operations and CRM management to maintain clear visibility into pipeline, performance, and forecasts
• Potentially oversee Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and technology to support GTM execution
• Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs in the B2B fintech, SaaS, and debt management spaces
How You’ll Use AI
• Leverage AI-powered sales enablement tools to accelerate prospecting, outreach, and qualification
• Use AI insights to optimize pipeline management, account prioritization, and forecasting accuracy
• Build a data-driven sales culture where reps are empowered by automation, insights, and AI-enhanced workflows
• Ensure AI and automation are embedded across sales operations to eliminate inefficiencies and boost team productivity
You Might Be a Fit If You…
• Have 8–12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS (fintech preferred), including direct oversight of BDR, SDR, and AE teams
• Have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in startup or high-growth environments
• Understand the enterprise sales cycle, especially selling complex API-driven solutions to financial institutions, employers, or technical partners
• Are an exceptional communicator and strategic thinker—able to engage C-level buyers and align solutions with critical business needs
• Are passionate about building repeatable, scalable sales engines that drive measurable results
• Have experience managing or partnering closely with Revenue Operations to optimize the funnel and improve data-driven decision-making
• Love working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and success teams to align messaging, GTM strategy, and feedback loops
• Are hungry to build, scale, and make a real impact—not just maintain status quo
• (Bonus) Have fintech or API platform sales experience, or experience in a Series B or similar growth-stage company

• Consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets
• Building a high-retention, high-performing sales organization that scales with Spinwheel’s expansion
• Dramatically improving pipeline velocity, close rates, and customer adoption
• Building a trusted voice of the customer into the product and GTM process
• Implementing repeatable, AI-powered processes that optimize the sales cycle end-to-end
