Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Risk to join the FFIO Risk Team within Corporate Services.

You will lead a team responsible for identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks across fund and investment operations, reporting to the Head of Risk for FFIO. You will collaborate with senior leaders across the firm, drive risk program enhancements, and participate in incident management and key risk programs to sustain Fidelity's operational health.

Formación

• 15 years of Risk Management, Audit and/or Investment Operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior leader audiences.
• Ability to build trust with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Proven problem-solving skills with data analytics to identify and mitigate risk.
• CPA preferred and active Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks across FFIO Operations and related services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing risk team; foster risk-aware culture.
• Drive strategic risk initiatives and incident management activities (SOX 404, SOC1).
• Partner with Asset Management, Risk Testing Center of Excellence, and External Auditors.
• Communicate findings and risk controls to senior leadership and executives.
