Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Vice President to lead Board & Strategy Programs within Fidelity Philanthropic Services. You will align board strategy with FPS and Fidelity, manage fiduciary duties, and oversee multiple boards across Fidelity Charitable, Signature DAF and PIF.

You will drive efficiency through board automation, develop strong trustee relationships, and coordinate cross-group efforts to meet governance goals with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 15+ years nonprofit, board leadership, and/or financial services experience
• Executive presence to support and navigate trustees and Fidelity executives
• Strategic relationship manager experience
• Strong project management skills and multi-stream leadership
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-profile environment
• Knowledge of Convene platforms preferred
• Attention to detail, prioritization and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in 4-6 boards and manage executive-level relationships
• Plan and manage Board meetings end-to-end for Fidelity Charitable and Signature DAF
• Coordinate board calendars and ensure trustees have necessary information
• Develop and maintain Board agendas with historical practices and current strategy
• Identify improvements for board guidelines and processes
• Oversee strategic programs, including automation and standardization
• Provide feedback to presenters and promote post-meeting improvements
• Serve as primary contact for internal partners, executives, and trustees
• Escalate board matters to senior leadership when needed
