Fidelity is seeking a Director-level IT Audit Program Manager to oversee technology risk management for FFIO, guiding audits, controls, and advisory services. The role focuses on complex IT audits, risk assessments, and the development of integrated audit plans with collaboration across application teams.

You will leverage audit automation, data analytics, and cross-functional teamwork to improve risk posture, customer service, and business performance while aligning with corporate standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) and six (6) years of experience in IT audit, information security assessments, and risk management for financial services applications and IT infrastructure.
• Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience in IT audit, information security assessments, and risk management for financial services applications and IT infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Defines, manages, and implements the program scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Leads technology risk assessments and issue mitigation/tracking for all aspects.
• Understands workflow technology and end-to-end related processes, highlighting risks and controls embedded throughout the function.
• Helps the business build control programs that appropriately mitigate risk and meet corporate standards.
• Partners with business and technology leaders to promote a collaborative environment that helps the business meet its goals while ensuring it stays within its risk tolerance.
• Applies strategic data analytics concepts to identify control deficiencies.
• Drafts audit reports describing issues, implications, and management action plans.
• Builds deep working relationships with audit teams and clients.
