Fidelity Investments seeks a Head of Fund Operations to provide strategic leadership across multi-site operations and pricing services, including books and records, pricing, and fund accounting. The role interfaces with senior leadership, external auditors, and vendor partners, guiding transformation and staff development.

You will drive KPI-based performance, align business partner initiatives, and promote an innovative, data-driven culture across FFIO’s operations and platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years broad financial services operations experience.
• 15+ years operations leadership experience with a track record of growing responsibility.
• Global operations experience preferred, product oversight experience required.
• Collaborative work style with leaders across the organization.
• Proven ability to lead change and transformation of a sophisticated operating environment.
