Fidelity is seeking a Vice President, Brokerage Risk to guide risk governance across brokerage products, operations, and digital initiatives. You will report to the Head of Brokerage Risk and lead a team focused on identifying, assessing, and monitoring risk for a broad set of brokerage activities.

You will drive risk-aware decision making with senior leaders, develop risk indicators, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to remediate incidents and support new product launches.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA, JD or other master's degree with strong academic credentials preferred.
• 10+ years of risk, compliance, legal, or audit experience at complex financial services institutions, e.g., asset managers, banks, regulatory agencies.
• Experience independently delivering on the expectations for this role.
• Experience with brokerage products and services, brokerage operations, or client service operations - including familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with digital assets, including cryptocurrencies (preferred).
• Ability to deliver engaging, compelling, and persuasive presentations and reporting.
• Exceptional judgment and analytical skills.
• Experience with Archer GRC (preferred).

• Advise senior leadership on operational risks and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead a team responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risk.
• Support and participate in dedicated risk governance forums, including risk committees.
• Proactively identify, assess, and monitor operational risks and remediation action plans.
• Develop and track key risk indicators to monitor operational risk profiles.
• Advise on new business product/service offers and other key initiatives.
• Analyze data and partner with other lines of defense to identify emerging risk trends.
• Timely investigate incidents, determine root cause, and advise on corrective actions.
• Build effective working relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
