What We’re Looking For

We’re entering a new phase of scale, and we’re looking for a dynamic, product-and data-savvy VP of Revenue to lead the charge. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own our global go-to-market sales strategy across PLG, PLS, and enterprise motions.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to build and scale high-performing teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to turn product momentum into revenue growth and customer advocacy.

We’re not just looking for a closer. We’re looking for a builder: someone who can architect the sales org for the next phase, instill operational rigor, and align the team around strategic priorities in a rapidly evolving, AI-powered space.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Creatopy’s sales strategy across all customer segments, including PLS, Midmarket, and Enterprise
  • Scale and lead a high-performing global sales team, including enterprise AEs, inbound/upsell specialists, and sales enablement (with Marketing)
  • Optimize and refine scalable sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs that drive pipeline velocity and predictable revenue
  • Partner closely with Product and Marketing to align messaging, lead gen, and sales strategy with user behavior and market feedback
  • Optimize for speed, efficiency, and customer value across the sales funnel—from inbound to expansion
  • Be a player-coach, actively participating in strategic deals and enterprise relationships, as well as identifying high-value potential deals from your own network
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies based on deep understanding of product value and customer needs
  • Lead with a data-driven, iterative mindset while inspiring high performance across the team

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Deep experience in product-led or product-assisted sales environments
  • Proven ability to build and scale global sales teams and systems from the ground up
  • A strong operator who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves
  • Excellent collaboration skills across functions and time zones
  • Strong understanding of modern sales tools and CRM systems
  • Product curiosity and fluency; you understand how to translate product value into business outcomes
  • Bonus: Experience in martech, adtech, or creative tools; understanding of AI-powered platforms
