Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) seeks a seasoned valuation professional to lead engagements in Saint Louis, MO. The role focuses on strategy, execution, and delivery from proposal to project completion, while developing a local team and strong client relationships.

You will supervise analysts, develop financial models, and review work for quality. Travel to asset sites is required as needed and MAI designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate valuation experience.
• MAI designation or candidate preferred.
• Ability to travel to asset sites and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop valuation market strategy and ensure delivery of engagements.
• Build and lead a local team of analysts and associates in the market within 3 months.
• Supervise workload and review work product for quality and accuracy.
• Oversee analysis of client financial statements and develop financial models.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to drive growth and maintain relationships.
