Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors is seeking a Senior Vice President, Review Appraiser to lead technical reviews of commercial appraisal reports and uphold QA/QC standards across a national platform.

You will mentor appraisers, ensure USPAP compliance, and collaborate with leadership to advance reporting technology, templates, and AI-assisted quality control across diverse property types.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial real estate appraisal experience with meaningful technical reviews.
• Strong working knowledge of USPAP and institutional appraisal requirements.
• Ability to review complex valuation analyses and identify unsupported assumptions or logical inconsistencies.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with seniors housing, manufactured housing, or self-storage is a plus.
• Experience with Argus files is a plus.
• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser required; Certified Residential license holders will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of commercial appraisal reports across multiple property types
• Focus on technical quality, mentorship, and process improvement without traditional appraisal production or business development expectations
• Evaluate valuation analyses, opinions, and conclusions for logical consistency, methodological soundness, and adequate support
• Confirm compliance with USPAP, client engagement requirements, and internal reporting standards
• Review market analyses, highest and best use conclusions, valuation methodologies, and final reconciliations
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to reporting appraisers
• Exposure to complex assignments and a broad range of commercial property types and markets
• Identify recurring review issues and recommend improvements to reports, templates, and internal guidance
• Consolidate feedback from external client reviews and translate it into reporting improvements
• Support internal review scoring and appraiser feedback processes
• Partner with leadership in advancing review technology, reporting automation, and AI assisted quality control
• Direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence appraisal standards across a national valuation platform

Job Summary

Partner Valuation Advisors is seeking a technically skilled Senior Vice President, Review Appraiser to support our internal quality assurance, compliance, and reporting standards. This position is focused on reviewing commercial appraisal reports prepared by appraisers across a range of property types. The reviewer will work closely with appraisers and firm leadership to strengthen analytical support, improve reporting consistency, and advance firmwide QA/QC initiatives.
