Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Reviewer to support QA/QC initiatives. The role involves reviewing appraisal reports prepared by staff to ensure compliance with USPAP, client guidelines, and internal standards across office, industrial, multifamily, and other assets.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and production teams. In this remote role, you will contribute to the firm’s growth strategy, leverage advanced valuation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate appraisal review experience.
• Working knowledge of reviewing Argus files.
• Deep working knowledge of USPAP standards and institutional appraisal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of commercial appraisal reports across multiple property types.
• Evaluate analyses, opinions, and conclusions for logical consistency and soundness.
• Ensure appraisal reports comply with USPAP, client guidelines, and firm standards.
• Review market analysis, highest and best use conclusions, valuation methodology, and reconciliation.
• Provide clear, constructive review comments to improve report quality and analytical support.
• Consolidate feedback from external client reviews and suggest reporting improvements.
