Job summary

Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) seeks a Vice President to lead the National Self-Storage Practice - Valuation. You will execute valuation engagements, inspect assets, and deliver thorough reports regionally while coordinating with the national team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in real estate valuation, MAI preferred, travel to asset tours, and the potential for discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field.
• 5+ years of real estate valuation experience.
• MAI designation or candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver appraisal & valuation engagements.
• Analyze market and property information to develop valuation models and deliverables.
• Oversee preparation of exhibits and memos illustrating complex issues.
• Ensure quality controls across all work products.
• Participate in internal and external client meetings.
• Build relationships with market and business line leaders to share best practices and drive innovation.
• Participate in client development in the local market/region.
