Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Progressive leadership experience in human services or related field, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing multi-program portfolios and managing grants and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction for workforce development, housing, and homeless services portfolios.
• Oversee programs to advance employment, career development, economic mobility, housing access, and homelessness prevention and long-term housing stability.
• Develop and implement strategies to diversify funding streams and strengthen financial sustainability.
