This senior role ensures high-quality services, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, staff development, and program innovation.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will collaborate with the CEO, Board, and partners to strengthen programs serving youth and families facing homelessness and housing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Significant leadership experience in residential services, behavioral health, or related human services.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all residential programs and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen program quality, outcomes, and sustainability.
• Identify emerging community needs and recommend program enhancements and new initiatives.
• Participate as a member of the Executive Team and contribute to agency-wide planning and decision-making.
• Leverage program data and metrics for strategic decision-making, program planning, and staff development.
• Supervise Program Managers, Compliance & Training Manager, Senior Therapist, and Reporting Manager.
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention, training, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
