Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of progressive leadership in human services.
• Experience managing publicly funded programs and federal/state/local grants; contract compliance.
• Proven ability to diversify funding and develop earned revenue or fee-for-service models.
• Strong financial acumen with budget oversight and program financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages welcome.
• Knowledge of workforce development, housing stability, homelessness response systems.
