Job summary

Western Digital Corp. is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Management to own the integrated product strategy and drive profitability across storage solutions globally.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this executive will lead a multi-functional team and shape roadmaps for HDD, SSD, and emerging platforms, guiding partnerships and customer engagements to accelerate growth in cloud, enterprise, and consumer markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, commercial strategy, or storage technology.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MS, or PhD strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year product roadmap strategy across HDD, SSD, and emerging storage platforms.
• Lead product marketing and coordination with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver go-to-market and pricing strategies.
• Drive governance, ROI analysis, and stakeholder alignment for technology investments and partnerships.
• Represent the product organization at ELT level, board discussions, strategic customer briefings, and external forums.
