Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (required)
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business (preferred)
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus
• Progressive finance leadership experience in technology, hardware, storage, or manufacturing industries

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning: AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, long-range plans
• Lead monthly business reviews with senior and C-suite leadership
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for revenue, gross margin, ASP trends, and profitability
• Provide financial framing for executive reviews, boards, and long-range planning sessions
• Lead and develop a finance organization with clear expectations and accountability
