Job summary
Horizon Media Inc. seeks a Vice President of Product to lead a set of product areas within our Product Experience pillar, focusing on user experience, RBAC, and customer delight.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an ad tech veteran who treats UX as the primary lever for platform differentiation and retention. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple connected product areas serving advertisers, publishers, traders, and operators, and the permissioning fabric that enables
Qualifications
- 12+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years at VP level.
- Deep ad tech expertise across DSPs/SSPs and identity.
- Experience designing enterprise multi-tenant SaaS.
- Design-led, user-centered product background.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy, roadmap, and execution for product areas within Product Experience.
- Lead Directors, Senior PMs, PMs, and analysts; hire and develop talent.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design; partner with enterprise clients.
- Build and evolve platform RBAC and entitlements for internal and partner use.
- Run enterprise client discovery, design partnerships, and adoption motions.
