Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. seeks a VP of Digital Transformation Consulting to lead strategy and delivery of transformative projects that drive client growth. You will bridge client goals with technologies, data, and customer experience programs, guiding teams to digital excellence across people, processes, and platforms.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, PMs, and clients, support business development, and shape Horizon’s capabilities and offerings through strategic thinking and execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing/ecommerce/consulting emphasizing CX, digital strategy, platforms.
• Proven success retaining client business and generating upsell or net new revenue within an agency.
• Leader with 2+ years guiding a consulting capability and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans, activities, and strategy for services delivery.
• Own project delivery and client success with team support.
• Define customer and MarTech platform strategies across marketing, sales, and service.
• Guide customer strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment.
