Horizon Media Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a senior programmatic leader to drive knowledge sharing, client strategy, and team development for a high-performance pod. You will shape programmatic media plans, guide client engagements, and lead enhancements in optimization and measurement.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into compelling client outcomes while managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in programmatic media, shaping service design and client outcomes.
• Degree in marketing, econ, statistics, or business preferred.
• 10+ years of related work experience in programmatic media roles.
• Strong client-facing voice and experience being a client and team lead.
• Ability to learn new technologies, including AI and data integrations.
• Ability to train staff on new ad product offerings and platforms.
• Ability to think on one's feet and extrapolate new concepts and products.
• Ability to educate on the role of Programmatic in client objectives.
• Affinity for data and the technical parts of an operation.
• Direct hands-on experience in online advertising environments.
• Experience in operations and operational strategy.
• Troubleshooting skills and a penchant for ideas.

Responsibilities

• Act as central command for knowledge dissemination and strategic hypothesis formulation.
• Provide client thought leadership and stewardship across the pod and clients.
• Lead team development and capabilities advancement with programmatic leads.
• Grow new business conversations and test innovative theories.
