Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. in New York seeks a seasoned SVP, Product Experience to own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and team for the experiences that connect advertisers, publishers, traders, planners, and operators on our platform.

You will lead two internal sub-pillars—Product Growth and Product Innovation—driving design-led product craft, multi-tenant SaaS scale, and a strong user-centric approach to deliver measurable commercial outcomes such as adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product leadership experience, including 5+ years at VP/SVP level managing multi‑team, multi‑product organizations.
• Deep ad tech background with DSPs/SSPs/identity platforms or related enterprise advertising platforms.
• Proven track record building, scaling, and operating multi‑tenant SaaS or data-driven platforms.
• Design-led, user-centered orientation where UX is a differentiation.
• Proven success developing senior product leaders and talent.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Product Experience pillar end-to-end.
• Lead Product Growth and Product Innovation sub-pillars as a single coherent organization.
• Build and retain a team of VPs, Directors, and senior PMs.
• Establish operating rituals, reviews, prioritization, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Commercial, and Operations.
• Lead executive-level product conversations with clients and partners.
• Deliver communications to boards and enterprise clients.
