Horizon Media in New York seeks a visionary programmatic leader to drive strategy, innovation, and client success. You will own knowledge dissemination across client pods, shape custom programmatic plans, and push insights that separate Horizon’s thinking from the rest.

You will mentor teams, guide growth, manage top clients, and contribute to new business while steering the programmatic practice toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant and demonstrated experience in programmatic media.
• Experience shaping the design of a service area in a evolving space.
• Strong client-facing voice and experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as central command for knowledge dissemination among your client pod and develop insights and strategic hypotheses for custom programmatic media plans.
• Client thought leadership and executional stewardship for the pod and its clients.
• Team management and capabilities development in partnership with Horizon programmatic leads.
• Growth and new business conversations; maintain relationships with Horizon’s biggest clients and articulate its programmatic value.
