State Street's Charles River Development unit seeks a senior program leader to oversee scoping analysis, solution design, and execution streams across the CRD development lifecycle from engagement to go-live. You will serve as the overall solution lead on CRD product development items, guiding teams and ensuring client timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years financial services experience.
• Expertise in transaction management, reconciliations, corporate actions, perf measurement/attribution, derivatives, bank loans, collateral management.
• Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt certification and experience.
• Professional consulting experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership and program management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
• Organized with ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Lead scoping analyses, solution design, and execution work streams within the CRD development lifecycle from engagement through testing to go-live.
• Act as overall solution lead on CRD Product development items.
• Manage governance meetings, consolidate project plans, and prepare materials.
• Lead project management team and stakeholder communications; escalate risks and issues.
• Coordinate with engineering scrum teams to meet client timelines; manage Jira/Confluence for sprint tracking.
• Define deliverables and release dates with scrum teams.
