Job summary

Tract Capital is seeking a VP, Process & Systems Development to drive delivery of CRM & ERP capabilities, align them with business objectives, and manage projects end-to-end. The role combines hands-on delivery with governance, change management, and effective stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will rationalize existing services, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution within an Agile framework to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership to direct cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, complex projects with tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with proactive resource engagement.
• Experience handling high-profile projects with heavy stakeholders.
• Telecommunications and Colocation Engineering or Operations experience
• Netsuite or Salesforce CRM Implementations
• SDLC methods
• Background in data analytics and data warehousing
• PMI / Six Sigma project management
• Large, complex program management experience
• Process architecture and UML modeling
• Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
• Experience with RUP and BPM tools (Rational Rose, Tibco, ARIS)

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into detailed business requirements and use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate objectives, benefits, impacts, and priorities.
• Serve as Product Owner on an Agile team.
• Define project scope and secure stakeholder agreement.
• Provide development cost estimates for business cases.
• Coordinate with Commercial Services, Finance, Engineering, Construction on solutions.
• Administer and configure CRM & ERP platform.
• Be the single point of contact for system upgrades and conversions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across programs.
• Handle fast-paced, complex projects with tight deadlines.
• Proactively identify and engage resources to meet objectives.
