Job summary

SMBC Americas Division is seeking a Vice President, Technology Program Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead complex ERP, database, and enterprise application initiatives. You will drive Agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes strategic program leadership, collaboration with Product Owners, and delivery accountability from inception through production support, aligning with business value and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in technology program management or related field.
• Experience delivering ERP, Finance applications, databases, or data platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and executive sponsors.
• Strong leadership and influence in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning ERP, databases, and enterprise apps.
• Partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to set priorities and delivery plans.
• Ensure governance, risks, issues, and change controls are managed across programs.
• Maintain delivery transparency with dashboards, reports, and PMO artifacts.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC and vendor relationships to deliver measurable business value.
