Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a strategic VP of Pricing & Packaging to own monetization across our B2B SaaS portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will shape packaging, pricing and value capture, driving revenue growth, gross margin, and competitive positioning.

This cross-functional role collaborates with FP&A, IT and Product Marketing to translate strategy into execution. You will lead pricing governance, SKU creation and tiering, and build Product Led Growth initiatives while steering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS monetization experience with product-led growth.
• 3+ years leading pricing strategy with strong analytics and modeling.
• Experience with CPQ, billing systems and entitlement management.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical skills and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and own company-wide pricing philosophy, strategy and roadmap.
• Design tiered, consumption, outcome-based and hybrid pricing models.
• Establish pricing governance, discounting guardrails and policy.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and Product Marketing to operationalize pricing.
• Lead a cross-functional Pricing Steering Group and maintain decision logs.
• Drive value-based pricing, elasticity analysis and monetization for launches.
