Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a strategic VP of Pricing & Packaging to own end-to-end monetization for its B2B SaaS portfolio. Reporting to the CPO, this leader will shape how we price, package, and capture value across products, channels, and customer segments, with a clear focus on revenue growth and margin.

The role is heavily cross-functional, partnering with FP&A, IT, and Product Marketing to implement governance, model pricing, and drive Product Led Growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across SaaS monetization models.
• 3+ years leading pricing strategy with strong analytics.
• Experience with CPQ, billing systems and entitlement management.
• Cybersecurity industry experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the pricing philosophy, strategy and roadmap across products.
• Design pricing models (tiered, usage, hybrid) aligned to value.
• Establish pricing governance and discount guardrails.
• Partner with FP&A, IT, and Product Marketing to operationalize pricing.
• Lead the Pricing Steering Group and drive alignment.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive pricing.
• Own SKUs and price lists, enable Product Led Growth.
