Panorama Education, Inc. seeks a strategic VP of Adoption & Services to lead a national, multi-product professional services and implementation organization.

You will own adoption outcomes across K-12 districts, drive AI-enabled improvements, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Revenue to optimize client impact. This executive role requires building high-performing teams, defining scalable processes, and maintaining strong executive relationships with district leaders to ensure renewal

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in client success, account management, or professional services.
• Experience owning and scaling a large, complex service delivery operation at scale.
• Track record of driving adoption, usage, or outcome improvements across a diverse client base.
• Senior leadership experience with direct engagement with C-suite or superintendent-level stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily professional work and leading a team through AI adoption.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the platform adoption strategy for all K-12 district clients, aligning it with retention and expansion goals.
• Lead the professional services and implementation organization at national scale, ensuring high-quality onboarding and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain repeatable, multi-product implementation operations with staffing, capacity planning, and SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Product, Engineering, and Revenue functions to optimize client outcomes.
• Provide direct executive engagement with district leaders and model executive presence in client settings.
