Job summary

Dorman Products seeks a Vice President, Manufacturing to direct the company’s manufacturing footprint, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements across multiple sites. The role partners with Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, and Finance to align strategy with growth and margin objectives.

This senior leader will build and retain a high-performing team, champion lean principles, and own capital planning and execution to scale operations and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, complex manufacturing orgs.
• Deep knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, and exec-level ops.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction of manufacturing across sites and drive performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements.
• Promote lean, standard work, and continuous improvement across facilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support NPI and capacity planning.
• Develop leaders, succession plans, and organizational capability.
