Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a senior leader to develop and execute the global enterprise planning strategy, overseeing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Enterprise Programs. You will drive governance, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to align planning with growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise planning strategy in support of company growth, customer service, and financial objectives.
• Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Enterprise & Customer Programs teams.
• Establish planning frameworks, governance processes, and performance metrics that drive accountability across the supply chain.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.
