Confidential in Mobile, Alabama seeks a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to partner with the executive team and shape the people strategy across manufacturing locations.

The role leads talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation, and compliance, ensuring safety and operational excellence. You will build leadership capability, manage change, and drive workforce planning to support growth.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to build organizational capability and drive performance.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning across locations.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
