Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner role.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, or equivalent).
• Experience using the HR/People module of an ERP system.
• Experience working in an ITAR-regulated facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping people strategy.
• Oversee core HR functions: talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR compliance, payroll.
• Lead, develop, and manage the HR team across the organization.
• Drive cultural development and workforce planning aligned with business objectives.
• Support plant-level workforce and build credibility across locations.
• Ensure full compliance with California employment law and regulations.
• Lead performance management, goal-setting, and development planning.
• Establish scalable HR policies, processes, and systems for a manufacturing environment.
• Identify organizational gaps and partner with leadership to address issues.
