Qualifications

• The candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred or required.
• Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Experience translating business priorities into people and organizational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the People Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop the HR team and establish accountability for priorities and goals.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and workforce transformation.
• Oversee benefits, payroll, leave administration, and compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations and external partnerships.
