Xcimer Energy is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources in Denver, Colorado. This on-site, full-time role reports to the leadership team and is responsible for building the People strategy, scaling HR systems, and driving culture across a fast-growing, multi-site organization involved in advanced energy technologies.

You will lead HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Learning & Development, organizational design, and employee relations while partnering with executives to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience including executive level roles.
• Experience scaling organizations and partnering with executive leadership on strategy.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, performance systems, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on organizational strategy and culture.
• Define and reinforce leadership expectations and cultural principles for growth.
• Develop and execute a long-term People strategy for rapid company expansion.
• Build and lead a world-class HR organization across multiple HR domains.
• Lead compensation, equity, performance management, and career development programs.
• Oversee HR technology, analytics, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
