Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a leader for Patient & Member Programs to scope and plan Member programs, and to build an operations framework for our growing customer roster. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Legal to deliver engaging patient education, research participation, and benefit programs.

You will drive enrollment, engagement, and satisfaction at scale, shaping roadmaps with product teams and advising on pricing and P&L considerations in collaboration with Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior marketing or commercial leadership for B2B services.
• Experience building and executing member programs at scale to drive enrollment, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Experience leading customer delivery, media, campaigns, ecommerce, or subscription marketing services.
• Experience designing new services by partnering with Finance to forecast, build P&Ls and test pricing.
• Team builder and collaborator; able to influence cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Ability to synthesize data to deliver business insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Member Services designed to bring value to Verily Me patients; own solutions for meetings, kick-offs, and reviews.
• Lead delivery of Member Services with a small team; kickoff plans with Marketing, Product, and Legal.
• Coordinate with Marketing teams to provide digital marketing, analytics, and creative support for the Programs.
• Influence roadmaps and optimizations across product teams to grow Member Services while improving satisfaction.
• Design new Programs that expand Member value through better care or research.
