Job summary

Everlywell is seeking a strategic, marketing-forward leader to own member communications and engagement across health plan and enterprise programs. This role drives strategy, engagement packages, and outcomes to boost clinical activation and return rates.

The candidate will lead engagements across email, SMS, direct mail, AI-powered IVR, and live agent outreach, partnering with Product, Operations, Analytics, ML/AI, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare marketing, member engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience designing engagement/activation programs in payer or health plan environments.
• Strong understanding of member behavior to drive action in regulated journeys.
• Expertise with email and SMS as primary channels; knowledge of direct mail, AI IVR, and live agent programs.
• Proven track record owning engagement performance end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end member communications across all channels for health plan and enterprise programs.
• Evolve engagement packages using data, benchmarks, and best practices to improve kit return rates and activation.
• Set performance targets and build reporting to diagnose and accelerate progress across programs.
• Design end-to-end member journeys and document workflows for new launches.
• Own content strategy and brand voice across emails, SMS, direct mail, scripts, and IVR.
