Verily Health is a data platform powering AI-enabled precision health solutions. We seek a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the technical build, QA, and deployment of lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, Landing Pages and Direct Mail.

You will operate in a regulated HealthTech environment, scaling dynamic content, automating QA, and ensuring 100% build accuracy with HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Marketing Operations building multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo and SMS tools like Twilio.
• Proficient in SQL for audience segmentation and data querying.
• Experience navigating HIPAA compliance within campaign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (Email, SMS, Landing Pages, Direct Mail).
• Maintain and optimize the marketing automation ecosystem and data hygiene.
• Integrate AI features and automate QA to improve content quality and speed.
• Ensure HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM compliance and rigorous QA for all deployments.
