Job summary

Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner seeking a VP of Patient Support Services to architect and scale HUB operations and patient affordability programs for biopharma clients. You will lead senior directors, drive regulatory compliance, and align program design with client brand strategy across multiple partnerships.

The role is remote capable and requires deep expertise in patient access, reimbursement models, and program governance, with a track record of delivering performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in patient support services, HUB operations, patient affordability programs, specialty pharmacy, or pharma services.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-client programs in a third-party HUB or outsourced services environment.
• Deep understanding of patient access, reimbursement models, and the pharmaceutical commercialization process.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships at the executive level.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic vision for operations including copay programs, patient affordability solutions, and patient support services across multiple biopharma partnerships.
• Lead HUB operations and patient affordability programs, including benefits verification, prior authorization, financial assistance, copay assistance, and program design and administration.
• Lead a team of senior directors and program managers responsible for HUB, copay, and patient affordability operations and client program execution.
• Ensure all operations adhere to HIPAA, FDA, OIG, and manufacturer guidelines; oversee auditing, monitoring, and corrective action processes.
• Manage operational budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation; support pricing and contract renewal discussions with data-driven insights.
