A rapidly growing wholesale home goods company is seeking a VP of Operations & Logistics to guide operational strategy and improve process efficiency. This leadership role involves overseeing logistics, inventory, and production functions across a team of 30+ employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in operations and logistics within similar businesses, a strong background in Walmart compliance, and a hands-on leadership style. This role is essential for driving operational excellence and supporting strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and logistics leadership.
• Background in wholesale and similar-sized businesses preferred.
• Mandatory Walmart experience including EDI and vendor compliance.
• Experience leading large teams (25–40 people) through growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-layered wholesale import and distribution operation.
• Own operational process and execution to ensure on-time inbound & outbound.
• Oversee complex inbound/outbound warehouse logistics across 5 different 3PL partners.
• Evaluate and streamline end-to-end operational processes including order entry.
