Job summary

Lean Focus is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead end-to-end operations, from order receipt to delivery, across three sites: Fremont, OH; Detroit Metro; and Mexico. The role drives Lean transformation, SIOP, and cross-functional performance, reporting to the CEO and enabling scalable growth.

Qualifications

• End-to-end operational leadership across multiple functions.
• Experience leading operations across multiple facilities and mixed model manufacturing.
• Proven Lean deployment with KPI development and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• LeadMachining, Assembly, Manufacturing Eng., Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning with clear accountability.
• Own safety, quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction; drive best-cost site selection.
• Build scalable operations infrastructure for growth; manage 3 sites (Fremont OH, Detroit Metro, Mexico).
• Develop integrated SIOP aligning demand, capacity, procurement and inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving across all disciplines.
