Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive operations experience in ecommerce warehousing, fulfillment, and facilities.
• Experience driving productivity, process improvement, automation, and cost efficiencies.
• Experience developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience scaling operations across multiple facilities and locations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations with top performance, productivity, and accuracy.
• Oversee ecommerce order processing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Manage retail fulfillment and facilities.
• Develop scalable operating plans to support growth and peak periods.
• Refine KPIs and service levels; drive process improvements and automation.
• Establish operating procedures and business continuity plans.
• Oversee inventory operations across distribution, ecommerce, and retail.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Finance to support inventory and business plans.
• Travel to distribution and retail locations as needed.
